Sister Sigh is the orchestral indie folk project of Cody Riker and Deirdre Jane Rundle, a songwriting duo out of Portland, Oregon. Merging their perspectives of the American South and the West, Riker and Rundle find common ground in themes of queerness, displacement, and unease in an increasingly hostile political environment.
Raw, poetic, and earnest, their pop-oriented storytelling transcends the narrow boxes of identity politics and affirms our shared human experiences.
